Easy import of data from Exiqon’s PCR panels

The Exiqon GenEx software offers fast and easy import of data from any miRCURY LNA™ Universal RT microRNA PCR panel. Using the new Exiqon qPCR plate import wizard, instrument files can be imported and merged in minutes. Just activate the wizard and select your Exiqon qPCR panel, e.g., Human microRNA PCR Panel I+II and upload your data file.

In addition, the wizard tool makes designing your PCR experiment and classifying your data fast and straightforward. Exiqon’s qPCR plate import wizard is available exclusively with the Exiqon GenEx software.

Together with our Step-by-step guide to data analysis, GenEx ensures that you get the most out of your qPCR data.

Exiqon GenEx product coverage:

Exiqon GenEx Professional: The complete software for direct instrument export file upload via the Exiqon qPCR plate import wizard, all unique data pre-processing tools and classification methods. It further includes many data presentation tools and simple and advanced statistical analysis functionalities. Enables high-throughput analysis of qPCR data and imports several hundreds of instrument export files within a few minutes. The license is for one PC for perpetual use.

View comparison between the versions

A new USB license key is now available allowing Exiqon GenEx software access from an unlimited number of PCs, one user at the time. Install the software on several computers and connect the USB key to the one you are planning on using with the program. A valid license for GenEx Pro or GenEx Enterprise is required for purchases of USB keys.

Excellent data pre-processing

One of the most important parts of a qPCR experiment is the pre-processing of raw data for subsequent statistical analysis. Pre-processing needs to be performed with consistence, in the correct order and with confidence. GenEx has a streamlined and user-friendly interface which aids data handling.

For accurate and robust normalization of qPCR data, GenEx has the advantage of incorporating both NormFinder and GeNorm in the software. Thus, you get two algorithms on which to base your choice of reference genes in one software installation. Normalization to multiple reference genes or to global mean expression is done by the click of a button.

Comprehensive statistical analyses

GenEx also offers advanced statistical solutions for post-normalization data analysis. Powerful presentation tools facilitate the generation of professional illustrations of even the most complex experimental designs. Current features include parametric and non-parametric statistical tests, clustering methods, principal component analysis, artificial neural networks, and much more.
