LNA™ base: +G, +A, +T, +C, Phosphorothioated DNA base: G*, A*, T*, C*;
RNA base: rG, rA, rU, rC; 2’-O-methyl RNA base: mG, mA, mU, mC.

Step 2

Use the tabs at the bottom of the page to add modifications, such as labels or mixed bases.

Step 3

When you are done with your design, press the "Add to basket" button. Repeat the process to
design another oligo or proceed to check-out by clicking the “View Basket” button.
