In a benchmark study Exiqon’s miRCURY LNA™ microRNA arrays are compared to DNA based capture probes from another supplier (supplier A). On all three parameters tested; signal levels, relative quantification and false differences, Exiqon’s LNA™-enhanced capture probes outperform DNA probes.
