PATIENT REGISTRY Exiqon Diagnostics would like to invite you to participate in the ArQive™ Registry

Cancer patients and their physicians face difficult choices when deciding on chemotherapeutic regimens.

• This is a standard of care patient registry for individuals that have used the EDR® Assays to assist with selection of cancer therapy.
• The goal of this Registry is to enroll patients that are having a tumor biopsy assessed for drug resistance with the EDR® Assay as part of their standard of care. Up to 1,000 patients (400 Ovarian, 300 colon, and 300 lung cancer) will be prospectively evaluated and clinical outcome and treatment regimen collected.
• Data will be collected prospectively on each enrolled patient. Basic demography, tumor staging at the time of the biopsy, brief medical history and prior therapy will be captured at baseline.
• Patients will provide a separate consent for microRNA assays and future tests performed on residual tissue.
