A2-quencher
The A2-Quencher is our novel proprietary dark quencher with no native fluorescence, thus eliminating any interference from background signals as seen with e.g. TAMRA™. The A2-quencher is used in Universal ProbeLibrary real-time PCR probes.

A2-quencher phosphoramidite |
The A-Quencher has been specially designed to provide excellent spectral overlap over especially reporter fluorophors like FAM/FiTC and HEX (see Figure 1).
The A2-quencher is available as a phosphoramidite and can be placed in the 5’-end, 3’-end or internally using the DMT-labelled A-quencher phosphoramidite. Just use double coupling time compared to DNA.
