Product news

Exiqon’s recently launched miRCURY™ product range, for studying microRNA.

Introducing miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Array V.10.0

The miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Array portfolio now consists of two arrays:
1) The NEW human, mouse, rat array covering microRNAs annotated in miRBase V.10.0
2) Existing array covering all microRNA sequences from all species annotated in miRBase 9.2

The new miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Array contains more than 1200 capture probes covering all human, mouse and rat microRNA sequences annotated in miRBase 10.0. The array also covers all microRNAs of the viruses related to these three species.
Both arrays provide robust and reliable microRNA profiling data from as little as 30 ng of total RNA.
And both arrays show unmatched sensitivity and specificity.

New miRCURY™ Array Power labeling kits for labeling of microRNA

The miRCURY™ LNA Array Power labeling kit provides a fast and simple method that allows you to label your total RNA sample and apply it directly to your microarray. There is no need for miRNA enrichment, or other time-consuming sample handling steps. The labeling method works on total RNA from both animals and plants.
The labeling system introduces a dephosphorylation step, which minimizes the loss of microRNAs to self-circularization and concatamerization thus ensuring less bias in the microRNA labeling. In combination with the miRCURY™ LNA microRNA Arrays this ensures a robust procedure for microRNA profiling using both manual and automated hybridization technologies.

DIG pre-labeled miRCURY™ Detection probes for in situ hybridisation

miRCURY™ Detection probes pre-labeled with DIG for detection of miRNAs by in situ hybridisation are now available.

miRCURY™ knockdown

The miRCURY™ knockdown probes enables sequence-specific inhibition of mature miRNAs in vitro and in vivo. Pre-designed or custom miRCURY™ knockdown probes for miRNA functional analysis are now available for all known miRNAs in invertebrates, vertebrates and plants.
