The spike-in microRNA kit enables easy assessment of data quality. One µL
of spike-in microRNA was spiked into a sample of 1 µg total RNA from human lung labeled with Hy3™. Another 1 µL of spike-in microRNA was added to 1 µg RNA from human lung and labeled with Hy5™. The labeling was performed using the miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Power Labeling Kit. Hybridization was performed using the Tecan HS 4800 Pro™ Hybridization Station.
