A panel of 705 synthetic microRNA was hybridized to miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Arrays in 7 different concentrations and signal intensities were measured. The figure shows a typical result from 4 different synthetic microRNAs. The detection interval  is from 1 amol to more than 10000 amol. The microRNAs were labeled in a background of 0.75µg tRNA and were then hybridized to the array. The detection limit was defined as the average background signal plus 5x stdev of the background signal.
