The miRCURY LNA™ microRNA PCR System works well on the most commonly used instruments. The performance in real-time PCR amplification of hsa-miR-194 was compared on three systems; Roche LightCycler LC480, ABI Prism 7500, and MJ Research Opticon 2. High-quality amplification curves were obtained with microRNA-specific readouts at comparable low cycle number in all three systems.
