Product coverage
The miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Power Labeling Kits will label all microRNA from animals, plants and viruses. All small RNAs are uniformly labeled. The labeled RNA molecules may be hybridized to the miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Arrays.

The miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Power Labeling Kits follow a simple and fast two-step protocol. The first step includes a Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase (CIP) for removal of 5’-phosphates from terminal of the microRNAs. In the second step, a fluorescent label is attached enzymatically to the 3’-end of the microRNAs in the total RNA sample. This is followed by an enzyme inactivation step after which the sample is ready for hybridization.

Save time and generate consistent results
The miRCURY LNA™ microRNA Power Labeling Kits are the perfect complement to Exiqon’s highly sensitive and specific LNA™ Arrays. The kits provide a fast and simple method to label total RNA sample and apply it directly to the microarray. There is no need for microRNA enrichment or other time-consuming sample handling steps. The labeling method works on total RNA from both animals and plants. See Figure 1 for an overview of the complete labeling and hybridization procedure.
