Exiqon’s management addresses developments in corporate governance on an ongoing basis including legislation, best practice and recommendations to ensure that the company’s corporate management structure and control systems are appropriate and operate satisfactorily.
In 2005, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange revised its corporate governance recommendations. Exiqon intends to follow the recommendations, including the principle of comply-or-explain.
